8. Write them your Message.

● Sign-up Date (month/year)
● Recent login location (city and country)
● Registered Device (phone model)
● Bound/old phone number (the number currently registered with TikTok)
9. Send them your new number.
After you’ve sent them the details and proven ownership of the account, they’ll send you a confirmation message. Simply reply to this message with your new phone number.
10. Your phone number should be updated.
TikTok’s support will send you another confirmation message to let you know when your phone number has been updated.
How can I remove my number from TikTok without a verification code?
If you don’t have a new number or don’t wish to share a new number, follow the steps above as you would for changing your phone number without verification but after proving ownership of your account, instead of providing a new phone number, reply to the message with an email that you wish to use to log in to TikTok with instead and your phone number should get removed from TikTok.
How do I change my TikTok password if I don’t have any number anymore?
There are multiple ways to change your TikTok password if you don’t have any number anymore.
Firstly, assuming you are already signed in to TikTok, you can use the same steps as above to get an email registered to your TikTok account through which you’ll be able to change your password. Or, you can just write to the support team and they’ll guide you and change your password for you.
If you’re logged out however, follow these steps below:
1. Search for “TikTok feedback” on Google.
2. Open the TikTok feedback form.
3. In the email address field, enter an email that you can access.
4. In the Username field, enter your TikTok username.
5. Under topic, select “Change account information”.
6. In the “How can we help?” field, explain your problem.
7. Tap the submit button when you’re done.
Now wait for TikTok support to reply with an email to the email address you provided. You will still be required to prove ownership to your account but after successfully proving your ownership, you will get back access to your account.
