Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best service and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the following policies regarding refunds, returns, and replacements:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before delivery begins. Once a service is in progress, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

The service malfunctions or is not delivered as described.

Hours or other metrics are not met (proportional refunds apply).

Refunds are not available once services are completed or for issues caused by third-party platforms.

Replacements and Adjustments

Adjustments may be provided at our discretion if the service delivered does not meet the agreed criteria.

Review Period

For YouTube or TikTok accounts, customers have 7 days to verify the account and make necessary changes (e.g., passwords). After this period, the service is considered final, and no adjustments or refunds will be provided.

Retention Guarantee

We offer retention guarantees on select services. Guarantees are void if third-party services are used or if account settings restrict access.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with local consumer protection laws where applicable.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

BUYING YOUTUBE CHANNELS

The company shall in no way be liable for any accounts, features, photos, videos, and/or tracks and that are removed due to our services being implemented or your interaction with EazySMM. It is nearly impossible to determine why social media account providers suspend or delete accounts or content. All purchases of Services are made at your own risk. Due to this, we cannot refund after services have been completed if this has occurred to an account/content.

For YouTube Monetized Channel, after customers receive the channel, we spend 7 days for the customer to check the channel and change the password and other information on the channel. After that time, we will not be responsible for anything that happens to your YouTube channel, including channel being demonetization, disabled, or anything else.

All Sales are Final. No refunds after accounts are delivered.

BUYING TIKTOK ACCOUNTS

When you buy the channels and accounts, you agreed with our terms and conditions.

Retention Guarantee

The Company offers a Limited Retention Guarantee / Warranty with some of their services. If a customer uses one of EazySMM’s Services and then loses followers, likes, views and/or plays acquired by EazySMM (beyond the Extras), EazySMM may be able to re-deliver followers, likes, views and/or plays at no cost at the Company’s discretion. Each service offers a different duration for EazySMM’s Retention Guarantee, and is indicated below:

EazySMM’s Retention Guarantee is VOID if:

(1) The customer ordered from a different company, person, or service at any time.
(2) The customer’s account had experienced a reduction in Followers/Likes/Views/Plays before ordering from EazySMM or those acquired via different means.
(3) The customer makes their Account/Page/Video/Photo/Track private, restricted or otherwise inaccessible (e.g. changing the customer’s username) during and/or after a campaign.
(4) If a customer blocks/deletes/bans the followers/likes/plays/views that they received from EazySMM.

The Company shall make a final and non-appealable determination regarding any Retention Guarantee requests.

4000 Watch Hours

Once started, this service cannot be stopped.

For any delays in the delivery, the customer can request a full refund of the amount, only and only if the order has not been started yet. The website itself will refund back the client if the channel doesn’t meet our requirements.

Refund policy at delivered service (4000 watch hours)

Once the service has been delivered (completed), the sales contract is considered concluded and the sale is final; therefore, no refund is allowed. An exception is obviously made if the site – for whatever reason – fails to deliver the promised amount hours. In this case, the customer would be refunded proportionally to the missing hours.

Disclaimer (4000 watch hours)

We are in no way responsible if YouTube, at the time of review, does not accept your channel in the YouTube Partner Program.

From our side, we are committed to providing the customer with advice to optimize the channel and thus pass the review and we make sure, before activating the order, that the channel meets our requirements. However, the outcome of the review is unpredictable and does not depend on us. For this reason, in the – extremely rare – case in which the channel does not pass the review, we are not responsible as the decision is up to YouTube revision team.

In the case a channel doesn’t pass the review, the channel can ask for a new review after just one month. We will tell you what to change in your channel to be approved next time, but please do not delete any video as you could delete the watch hours too.

YouTube Subscribers

Most of the funds for the activation and delivery of the service are used in the initial phase, so once the order has been processed and the campaign has started, it is no longer possible to request a full refund.

It is however possible to interrupt the service and ask for a partial refund, which will be proportional to the service delivered until the client asked for an interruption. Even when the service has been completed if the customer is not satisfied. In this case, the activation and delivery costs of the service will be retained, which amount to 40-60%* of the cost of the package without considering any discount codes applied to it. To request a refund, the customer can contact the site managers or fill in the refund request form.
